Originally from Brentwood, California, Cammie has been a resident of the Santa Barbara area for over 30 years. Prior to obtaining her B.A. from the University of California Santa Barbara, she attended the Brooks Institute of Photography, where she fell in love with photography and the beauty of the American Rivera. Her passion for both led her to launch Media Bakery, one of North America’s largest independent photo licensing agencies that have remained in operation for over 20 years. Cammie understands every aspect of operating a business: from sales and finances to identifying relevant marketing strategies, and client relationships. She utilizes these skills in her real estate business, devising a strategic marketing plan for every property on the listing side, and helping buyers navigate the ins and outs of such an important purchase.

Cammie and her husband of 20+ years have lived in Carpinteria, Hope Ranch, and Santa Barbara over the years with their 2 children. They enjoy all that our special community has to offer.
